Ingredients

    1 cup of dry Lentils
    2 can of Contadina Tomato Paste
    1 can of Contadina Tomato Sauce
    1 can of Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1 can of Marzano Crushed Tomatoes
    1 large Onion (Chopped)
    2 large carrots (Chopped)
    5 cloves of Garlic
    several small dried Chili Peppers
    1 tbsp of Oregano
    1 tbsp of Basil
    1 tbsp of Thyme
    1 tbsp of Marjoram
    1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 small bottle of green olives
