    1 Cup hot water
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp sugar
    2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
    3 cups bread flour
    2 tsp yeast
    2 tsp rosemary (optional)

Directions

add ingredients to bread machine in the order given, use dough setting. When it is finished, transfer to bread pan, let rise for 1 hour. bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 16 slices
