2 C milk
1.5 C flour
4 eggs
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbs melted butter
2 Tbs canola oll
Tips
Serve with applesauce, jelly or butter and sugar. Roll up pancake and eat!
Directions
put eggs and milk in blender, add dry ingredients and butter/oil.
grease frying pan or electric skillet. (Rememberr to add the butter to your calorie count) Pour in a generous 1/3 C of batter and tilt pan to spread to the side of the pan. Cook until top is firm and starts to bubble. Flip.
