Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quaker oats
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
    1 small apple, chopped (I use Gala or Granny Smith)

Directions

Combine oats & water in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Place peanut butter in a small microwaveable bowl and cook on high for about 30 seconds or until melted. Pour onto oatmeal. Add apple to oatmeal bowl and stir to combine.

If you need a little "sweet" in your oatmeal, try adding a teaspoon of honey.
