Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
    1 can mushroom soup condensed
    sliced bell pepper, red, yellow, orange
    1/2 sliced onion
    3 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup canola oil
    pepper and salt to taste (0ptional)

Tips

Serve over white rice or noodles.


Directions

In a large pan, heat oil. Add chicken thighs to brown. Add onions, garlic and cook until soft. Add soup and cover for 45 minutes on simmer. Add peppers the last 15 minutes of cooking. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to pan
