Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can great northern beans
    1 can pinto beans
    4 tbsp. garlic
    1 large onion, chopped in manner you prefer
    1 green pepper, chopped in manner you prefer
    2 small zuchinnis, chopped into 1/2" pieces
    3-4 tbsp olive oil
    about 4 cups fresh cabbage, shredded

Tips

Add some barely for even more heart-healthy fiber!


Directions

Start with dutch oven, heat olive oil and add garlic,onion and saute until onions start to cook. Add ground turkey and chopped green peppers. AFter turkey is cooked through and browned to your taste, add the tomato soup and diced tomatoes and tomato paste. drain the beans and stir in. add water to cover and add the zuchinni. Cook on low for several hours to let the flavors blend. I also added italian seasoning and dried basil.
