1 medium onion, chopped
1 TBS butter
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups beef broth.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
In an ovenproof, lidded casserole, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add rice, stirring to coat. Add broth. Bring to a boil.
Place lid on dish and place in oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
