Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

4-1/2 c. frozen shredded potatoes (hash browns), thawed
2-1/2 c. frozen french cut green beans
    1-1/4 c. (8 oz) diced 97% fat-free ham
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    Dash of salt

Tips

You can use raw shredded potatoes instead. Also, the original recipe calls for 1-1/2 c. frozen peas, but I don't like peas and like extra veggies, so I used green beans. You can add more or less of the ham and veggie to taste.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, green beans, and ham. In a small bowl combine parsley, pepper, and soup.

3. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture. Mix well to combine. Pour into an 8x8" baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

4. Bake 25-30 minutes.
