Ingredients

1 cup mixed greens
4-5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sprouts
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup beans/chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil or lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop ingredients to desired size and serve cold.
