Introduction

My favourite hummus, either to be used as a entree, side dish or dip. My favourite hummus, either to be used as a entree, side dish or dip.

Ingredients

    350 gramm chickpeas (glas)
    some of the chickpea water
    3 cloves of garlic
    25 ml lemon juice
    100 gramm tahin (sesame paste)
    0.5 tsp salt

Tips

Serve with some olive oil and flat bread (not included in nutrition count) and a dash of paprika powder


Directions

Blend all ingredience and add so much of the chickpea water as needed to make it a smooth paste.
Prepare a few hours in advance and keep cool in fridge.
