Introduction

My hubby makes this sometimes...We have altered it to where it now is low fat and low sodium. My hubby makes this sometimes...We have altered it to where it now is low fat and low sodium.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One Package ground turkey meat
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Requests Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 4 oz can mushrooms
    1/8 c dry chopped onion
    1 can 98% fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
    1/4 dry Jasmine rice

Directions

Crumble turkey into large skillet. Add onion and cook thoroughly. While turkey is cooking, cook rice according to directions substituting broth for the water. Add the remaining ingredients to turkey. Heat thoroughly. When rice is done, add to turkey mixture. Serve.
