    1 cup dried cranberries
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup mixed nuts

Tips

recipe taken from www.egglesscooking.com " chewy granola bars"...

I really do not know how many bars i get from a batch... but they are great. I put each bar in snack bags and freeze until needed.

Directions

preheat oven to 325 for 15 minutes
line a 13x9 pan with tim foil and grease the tin foil well!
mix all ingredients together.
spread in the pan evenly
bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sides of the bars are turn slightly brown ( this is important otherwise the bottom does not seem brown. The sugar in this will burn quickly if you don't watch this phase.

place pan on cooling rack or the bars may be lifted out of the pan to cool quicker. Once cooled cut into bars

Serving Size: 2x3" bars
