Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tbsp.
    Rotini Pasta - (1) 16 oz. box
Sweet Onion - 1 whole medium, chopped
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend - 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 cup grated
Birds Eye Steam Fresh Veggies (suggest broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas & water chestnuts OR italian blend) - whole 12 oz. bag
Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - 4 breasts thawed

Tips

My husband and kids even loved this healthy hearty chicken/pasta/veggie meal! Use whole wheat pasta for healthier version of this meal. This is VERY quick and easy and can be changed up easily by changing the seasoning and the vegetable blend.

Directions

Quick-fry onion and chicken together on stovetop in 1 tbsp. olive oil, seasoned with pepper and a few dashes of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. Meanwhile, cook rotini pasta separately, drain and return to pan, adding 1 tbsp. olive oil. Steam Birds Eye Vegetables in microwave separately (undercook veggies 1.5 minutes). Add cooked chicken/onion to pasta. Add cooked veggies into pasta/chicken. Add 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning and mix. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with pepper and 1/2 grated Parmesan.
