Introduction
This is an incredibly awesome recipe from Kitty.. When you use fat free pretzels and fat free margarine it is even lower in cals and it is so good! My family didnt even know it was reduced cals/fat! Ingredients

First Layer
Mix and spread in a 9x13 pan
2 cups crushed pretzels
3 Tlbs. Splenda
¾ cup melted margarine
Beat together
8 oz. low fat cream cheese
1 cup Splenda
Add 12 oz. Lite Cool Whip
Dissolve
1 large Sugar Free Raspberry Jello
1 ½ cups boiling water
Add 2 – 10 oz pkgs frozen Raspberries
I used strawberry jello and strawberries and it was GREAT!!
Directions
First Layer
Mix and spread in a 9x13 pan
2 cups crushed pretzels
3 Tlbs. Splenda
¾ cup melted margarine
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool.
Second Layer
Beat together
8 oz. low fat cream cheese
1 cup Splenda
Add 12 oz. Lite Cool Whip
Spread over crust.
Third Layer
Dissolve
1 large Sugar Free Raspberry Jello
1 ½ cups boiling water
Add 2 – 10 oz pkgs frozen Raspberries
Slightly thicken and pour over the cheese mixture.
Refrigerate and enjoy. Makes 20 servings
Be careful with the last layer.. it thickens SO fast once you add the frozen fruits!
