Ingredients

Chop all veggies and cilantro and mix together, leaving the avacados for last. Add cottage cheese, cayenne pepper, lime juice and the avadado then stir. Sometimes I'll add a little cumin or taco seasoning to take it up a notch. Be as heavy or light as you like on the cayenne pepper, I like it pretty spicy! If you have any left over add the avacado pits back in the bowl before refrigerating. This will help the guac stay green instead of turning brown so quickly. Enjoy!

Directions

No cooking!! Just keep it chilled when not snacking on it.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 4-6 adults to snack on.
