Introduction

This is a great spicy chutney to go with all kind of meat dishes This is a great spicy chutney to go with all kind of meat dishes
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    250 g Ginger
    150 g garlic
    2 tbsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp chili powder
    ˝ tsp salt
    60 g brown sugar
    125 ml vinegar
    60 ml water

Directions

Peel the ginger and chop it very fine.
Peel garlick and press through garlic press.
Add all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.
Boil under constant stiring till all the juice is reduced..
Fill in glasses with a twist in lit.

Serving Size: makes about 20 servings
