A bit high on calories but oh sooo tasty and not so bad if you had weight loss surgery because you cannot eat a full serving! A delightful blend of Sicilian spices combined with garlic powder, onion powder and a homemade barbecue sauce. Great served with a wild rice pilaf and southern style turnip or mustard greens. Ingredients

    Garlic powder, 5 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 4 tbsp
    *Spicy Seasoning (Linda's Low Carb), 12 tsp
    Yellow Mustard, .25 cups
    *Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw, 3.52 lbs
    *Kraft Zesty Italian Calorie-Wise, 8 tbsp
    Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp, 16 servings (16 tablespoons)
    *Splenda, 14 tsp-avout 1/4 cup

Directions

Marinate ribs in *Kraft Zesty Italian Calorie-Wise dressing for 30 minutes turning frequently. Drain marinade and season ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, Linda's low carb spicy seasoning and bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes covered with foil. Meanwhile put ketchup, mustard and splenda in a small saucepan and simmer for five minutes. Drain liquid from ribs in baking dish and pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Return to oven and continue cooking uncovered for another 8 to 10 minutes.
