    1 Cup warm tap water
    1/4 cup marinara sauce
4 ounces cubed or chopped lamb meat-cooked

This stuffed bread is good as an appitizer or as a meal. Either way it is very filling. It is low in fat and carbs too.

Directions

Put yeast and sugar into a bowl and pour warm tap water over the yeast and sugar. Do Not Stir!
Meanwhile add flour to mixing bowl and add the activated yeast mixture. Mix well with electric mxer using dough blade.
Fold dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead until no longer sticky, about 3 minutes. Place dough into lightly oiled bowl and cover with a warm cloth to rise until double. Once doubled in size punch down and roll out on lightly floured surface and fill with the ingredients (Begin with the Marinara sauce)
Bake in a moderate oven at 350 until slightly golden brown. Butter top of bread and place some strips of cheese on top. Return to oven just until cheese has melted.
