Super easy slow cooker recipe - just brown, mix-in, let cook, and serve. Super easy slow cooker recipe - just brown, mix-in, let cook, and serve.
Number of Servings: 12


    Oryx (or Antelope) meat. Can also use Turkey, Ground Chicken, Ground Beef, etc., but Oryx is ultra-lean and super tasty.
    2 can Hatch tomatoes & Jalapenos
    2 cans Tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, oregano
    1 can black beans
    1 cup chopped onion
    other veggies (carrots, etc.) as desired.


If desired, can add other veggies: onions, carrots, etc.
Good served over rice, pasta, or with cowboy bread.


Turn on slow cooker, to begin warming while doing rest of preparation.
Brown oryx/antelope meat in pan over medium-high heat.
Add oryx meat, beans, and tomatoes to slow cooker. Cook for 90 minutes.

Serving Size: Serves about 10
