Ingredients

    Chop vegetables into 1 inch pieces and place into a large bowl. Sprinkle with Olive Oil and Mrs Dash or any seasonings that you like. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Tips

experiment with different spices. I've tried garlic, paprika, red pepper, whatever I have handy.
