Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 20 oz(remove)
    Corn Starch, .25 cup(remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup(remove)
    White Wine, 2 fl oz(remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp(remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed(remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 tbsp
    Dried Onion 1 tsp
    Red Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
    black pepper 1/2 tsp

Tips

IF you want it spicier you can add more red pepper flakes, or garlic chili sauce found in any asian section of the supermarket.


Directions

Slice the sirloing (ball tip steak) into thin pieces, coat with the corn starch and shake off excess. Place all the remaining ingredients into crockpot and mix well, add the beef and gently toss. Put crockpot on low and cook for 3-4 hours, serve over rice.

    I found this entry after I had already chosen this for dinner from the Crockpot lady website. This was really good. My DH thought it was better than the local Mongolian Beef. - 1/15/13
