Introduction

Ingredients

    2C Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake or Waffle Mix
    1 Large egg (Fresh farm eggs are best!)
    1/2 C Whole Milk
    1/2 tsp of Stevia in the Raw (optional)
    Sohagave Maple Syrup and butter to taste.


Tips

Any liquid will substitute whole milk; my family likes a slightly sweet pancake so sweetener is optional. I also use a low-glycemic Maple Agave.


Directions

Blend all ingredients thoroughly; take care not to overmix. Drop by 1/2C fulls onto hot griddle. Turn when bubbles start to form.

Serving Size: Make 6, large pancakes.
