Introduction

This is your basic chicken salad with the addition of some fruit and veggies. Great for eating by itself or spreading on some bread and making sandwiches. Ingredients

    13 oz. of canned chicken breast, shredded
    4 large boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 cucumber, diced
    6 small dill pickles, chopped
    10 cherries, pitted and chopped
    3 tbsp of raw onion, chopped
    20 black olives, chopped
    1 green apple, cored and chopped
    6 tbsp of mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil the eggs for 20 minutes while chopping the veggies, etc. into small pieces. Remove the shells from the eggs & chop up. Put everything in a bowl and mix together.


Serving Size: Makes (6) 1-cup servings or (32) 3 tbsp servings
