Ingredients

    1 C. quick oats
    2 Tbs. Sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 c. 1% milk
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 c. 100% whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    2 Tbs oil
    2 Tbs applesauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix. Cook on griddle for 3 minutes then flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
