Introduction

Very quick pasta salad containing pasta, pepperoni, onion, and green pepper. Very quick pasta salad containing pasta, pepperoni, onion, and green pepper.

Ingredients

    1 box Creamette Quick Rotini Pasta
    1 16 ounce bottle Wishbone Light Italian Dressing
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    3.5 ounce package Hormel pepperoni

Tips

My daughters do not like raw onions and peppers, so I remove a portion of the salad before adding them. You may also add black olives or substitute red pepper for green.


Directions

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain water and immerse cold water. While waiting for water to boil and the pasta to cook and cool, pour dressing in a large mixing bowl, stir in parmesan cheese. Toss pasta into the dressing. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour before serving.
