    4 oz ground turkey, cooked
    1 cup barley, cooked (substitute: brown rice)
    2 cups diced onions, red peppers, celery, and carrots
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/4 tsp onion power
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


-Add chicken broth and veggies to sauce pan, and boil until the veggies are cooked.
-Add turkey, barley, and seasonings.
-Cook until hot.
