Ingredients

1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 T Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
Sweetener of choice (I used a mix of Stevia/Xylitol)
2 Eggs
3 T Natural Peanut Butter (unsweetened)
1 T Butter (melted)
Tips
This came out a little dry so I added 1 T butter in the ingredients list. I'll add that next time.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, peanut butter, and melted butter. Stir until smooth. Microwave for 1-2 min until desired texture. You can use a large mug or a bowl. Optional: Top with fresh whipped cream and a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
