Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil (separated)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1lb petite sirloin steak, sliced thin
2tsp freshly grated ginger
2tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 c. low sodium chicken broth
2c broccoli, cut into flowrets
2c carrots, thinly sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced.
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add sirloin and sea salt and brown. Remove beef from pan to a side dish and drain juice from pan.
in a separate bowl mix lemon juice, flax meal, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper with broth
Heat skillet again and add 1 tbsp oil once hot.
Add broccoli and carrots to pan. Once heated, pour broth mixture over and toss to coat. Simmer until broccoli is tender.
Return Beef to pan and add green onions. Allow to simmer until Beef has been re-warmed.
