Ingredients

    Roasting Chicken
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can corn
    1 pkt.Hidden valley ranch dry salad dressing
    1 pkt. taco seasoning mix

Tips

You may add any type of beans if you prefer


Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker, season with 1/2 pkt or ranch salad dressing and 1/2pkt of taco seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours or 5 hours on high. Pull chicken apart and put back into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 mins. longer.
