Ingredients

20 oz package of Jennie O Ground Turkey 99% fat free extra lean
1 lb venison ground
1 can Red Gold Tomatoes Diced w/ Roasted Garlic and Onions (or any other tomatoes but adjust recipe for calories)
2 eggs
1 package lipton onion soup mix
1/2 cups diced onion (more or less to taste)
10 saltine crackers (you made use more or less to gain the proper consistancy alot will depend on your venison and how wet you like your meatloaf)
Directions
the serving size is 1/8 of the loaf
Mix all the ingredients together like you would any other meat loaf. Adjust crackers to control consistancy of the loaf.
Bake in the oven 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until done, cooking time will depend alot on the pan and the shape, but when its no longer "raw" in the center it is done, test with a fork and start check at 30 minutes
