Ingredients

    1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into 1" pieces
    1 large potato, peeled and diced
    1 medium onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 2" piece of ginger, peeled and diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 - 4 Thai, serrano, or cayenne chiles, stems removed, chopped
    1 tbsp cumin seeds
    1 tbsp cayenne powder
    1 tbsp garam masala
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tsp tumeric powder
    fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions

Put all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Mix once or twice during cooking, especially in the beginning. Add cilantro.
