Ingredients

Ingredients:
2 medium heads green cabbage
2 Carrots
2 Celery stalks
1-2 diced Onions
2 small diced Potatoes
32 oz Chicken Broth
32 oz water
3 cups diced ham
1 serving diced Turkey Smoked Sausage
Thyme, Marjoram, Bay leaf, Pepper, Garlic
Tips
Don't overcook.
You can make the soup base before hand and then re-heat and add the cabbage for a really fast meal.
Directions
Sautee Onions, Celery and Carrots.
Add herbs & seasonings, chicken stock, water, potatoes, ham and sausage.
Simmer uncovered for at least 30 min.
Add cabbage and simmer 15 to 20 min more until cabbage is translucent but not over cooked.
Serve with croutons topped with a little bit of cheese (Muenster, Gouda, Blue or Gruyere are all good.)
