Introduction

Ingredients

    Strong White Flour, 310 grams
    Flour - Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Hovis), 140 grams
    Milk, 2%, 175 mL
    Water, tap, 175 mL
    Butter, unsalted, 25 grams
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    Bread Machine Yeast, 2.5 tsp

Directions

Combine and warm the liquid ingredients to 'blood temperature' and place in the bread-pan. Mix the flours and sprinkle over the top of the liquid; add yeast to a shallow well in centre of flour; add butter salt and sugar to different corners of the bread pan. Bake on a rapid cycle.

Serving Size: Cuts to approximately 12 slices.
