    1/3 cup flax meal
    1/3 cup almond meal
    1 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp cream
    1 egg



Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Coat Microwave safe bowl with Pam.
Fill with batter.
Cook for 1 minute on High in Microwave.
