    1 cup Acerola Cherry (West Indian Cherry)
    .75lb Purslane
    2 Bananas
    1/2 cup Guava
    1 lb Watermelon
    1 lb Mango
    2 tsp fresh ginger or 1 tsp powdered
    1 cup Water for blending

Tips

You can add a papaya.


Directions

Blend Acerola cherries in water and strain. Blend strained cherries with the rest of the ingredients. Add water to desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 - 2.5 cup servings.
