Ingredients

1 Lb Sirloin Tip Steak, Extra Lean, Thin Sliced
1 Large Russet Potato (peeled and sliced thin length wise into thin planks)
1 Medium Onion sliced thin
2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Pack Great Value Brown Gravy Mix
1 Pack Great Value Onion Gravy Mix
Salt to taste
Pepper to Taste
Granulated Garlic to taste
Tips
Add low fat Sour Cream for a Stroganoff flavor.
Directions
1) Pre-Heat Oven to 350F with 8" - 9" Cast Iron Skillet
2) Combine and Prepare gravy according to package instructions.
3) In a 10" Non-Stick Skillet add Butter and 1/2 of Olive Oil; bring to heat and add onion and mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper. Saute then set aside.
4) remove Skillet from oven and add oil (use a paper towel to coat skillet with oil. Add 1 large slice of steak; season to taste; add 1/3 of sauteed onions & mushrooms then a layer of potato planks. Top with 1/3 of gravy. Repeat 2 more layers then place in oven and bake for 45 min @ 350F.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 - 7 minutes before cutting into 4 servings. Serve with favorite vegetabe
