Ingredients

1.5lb extra lean ground beef
1lg can crushed tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can tomato soup ( this is optional)
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup diced peppers
3 tbsp chili powder ( you can add this to taste-if you like spicier chili just add more)
Tips
You can add any vegetables that you like. I make this the night before and turn the crockpot on low in the morning that way it is ready when you get home from work. The leftovers work great for nachos.
Directions
Brown beef in a skillet with a little chili powder. Rinse beans and place everything in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8hrs to be really flavourful or on high for at least 3hrs.
