Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup (remove)
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled (remove)
Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)
*Organic cane sugar, 2 tbsp (remove)
Tips
This is so easy to make, and is so delicious. Plus, it is free of all the allergens that my children and I cannot have.
Directions
1. Chop the onion and saute in the pan with the ground beef.
2. Once the beef and onion is cooked, add all other ingredients. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 10 minutes.
3. Serve over your favorite pasta or over rice.
