Number of Servings: 42

Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    2 tsp vanilla extract

    Mix until creamy

    1 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    Flour, white, 1.75 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 20 tbsp

    Combine well and scoop onto cookie sheet 1 tbsp at a time.

Tips

Eat slightly warm with a cup of cold milk!

Directions

Combine well and scoop onto cookie sheet 1 tbsp at a time.

Bake for 10 min at 350*F. Cookies will be soft on top and lightly browned on top. Let them cool on the sheet or cooling rack. Adjust baking time based on how you like your cookies, for firmer cookies add 2 min.

I have found that non-stick baking sheets make the nicest bottom to the cookies.
