Ingredients

    4 large apples, chopped in large pieces
    4 cups butternut squash, cubed
    4 cups sweet potato, cubed
    1 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon



Tips

You can also add cranberries or raisins to this dish if you want, but don't forget to add in the calories, too!


Directions

Chop up the apples, squash and sweet potatoes. Put them in a large rectangular pyrex pan. Pour the apple juice over all, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover tightly with foil and bake for one to two hours at 350 degrees (until sweet potatoes and squash are mouthwateringly tender).
