Ingredients

    8 oz wild rice
    onion chopped
    celery chopped
    mushrooms chopped
    Saute all the veggies in coconut oil till cooked
    add rice and allow to blend together
    then add chicken stock and let come to a boil, then cover and simmer for 45 minutes

Tips

this is a very delicious dish


Directions

the key is to allow to simmer after it come to a boil
