Ingredients

5 medium Russet or Idaho potatoes
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
3 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Tips
There are many spice combinations that are not in this recipe, and add all spices to taste. It's good to experiment with spices for this recipe.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400-420*F
2. Wash potatoes, then chop into about 1 inch pieces
3. Put in bowl and add other ingredients.
4. Toss or stir with spoon to mix
5. Put on sheet, and spread out evenly
6. Cook in oven for 20 minutes, take out and mix potatoes, then cook for another 10-15 min, or until desired crispiness.
7. Enjoy!
