Ingredients

    1 C + 2/3 C Canned pumpkin
    10 eggs
    1 scoop Protein powder
    6 T Flax meal
    2 T Ground chia seeds
    2 T Pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 cup Walden farms pancake syrup
    1 T ginger

Tips

I wanted something like an egg bake so this is eggy. If you wanted it more cake like use less eggs and more protein powder. I may do it like that next week.


Directions

I baked in an 9 by 11 pyrex dish for about 40 minutes.
