Ingredients

    2 Lb Round Steak

    1/2 C brown sugar
    1 C Beef Consomme
    1/2 C soy sauce
    2 T Sesame Oil
    2 T Cornstarch
    1 10 oz package frozen Asian Vegetables
    Cooked Rice

Tips

For a lower sodium dish, use reduced sodium soy sauce.


Directions

Slice steak into bite size peices. Combine consomme, soy sauce, brown sugar & oil. Place meat in a crockpot. Pour liquid mixture over meat. Cook for 6 hours on low. Cook vegetables. Add to meat mixture. Take out 2 T of sauce & combine with cornstarch. Mix back into meat mixture. Turn crockpot to high for additional 30 minutes. Sauce should thicken some. Serve over rice.
