Introduction

Cilantro, Tomatoes, and Onions make a great pico de gallo. I decided to add it to my salad with some mangoes and black beans for a yummy mexican inspired salad. Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce
    Tomatoes
    Onion
    1/4 cup Cilantro
    1/2 cup of Mangoes
    1/4 cup of Chopped Walnuts
    Some Feta Cheese or Queso Fresco
    1/4 cup of Canned Black Beans
    1 tbsp - 2 tbsp of raspberry vinaigrette or poppy seed
    1 tsp of Chopped Jalapeno (Optional)

Directions

Cut up of all the veggies and mangoes and toss it all together for a delicious salad!
