Introduction

Delicious spaghetti with summer sqash and shrimp. Delicious spaghetti with summer sqash and shrimp.

Ingredients

    Thin Spaghetti whole grain
    Summer sqash large
    chopped garlic, fresh or seasoning
    Chopped onion, fresh or seasoning
    Lemon peel, fresh or seasoning
    extra virgin olive oil
    salad shrimp ( small bag )
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan to taste

Directions

Half sqash in the middle, half again and cut into cubes.
Add oil to pan, add sqash satey over medium high heat for 5 minutes , add garlic and onions, cook another 5 minutes , add lemon peel , cook till sqash is tender but not overcooked, add shrimp, salt and pepper,put on simmer for 5 minutes.
Enjoy over thin spaghetti or angelhair pasta.
