Ingredients

    2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
    3/4 cup sprouts low fat pumpkin granola + 1/4 cup gingersnap
    1/8 cup light brown sugar packed
    1/8 cup coconut sugar (or less)
    1/4 cup honey
    3 sloppy TBS coconut oil
    1/3 cup craisins infused with apple juice
    2 prunes, diced
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Heat honey, sugar, oil on stove med high

mix oats and granola together, mix into pot once honey, sugar, and oil have melted

add vanilla, cinnamon, craisins, prunes and mix making sure to coat all the oats well

line square glass plan with parchment and squish into pan, fridge till set and cut into 9 bars.

Serving Size: makes 9 bars
