Ingredients

    Buffalo Meat, 16 oz
    Marinara Sauce 1/2 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cans
    Tomato Paste, 2oz
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, diced
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1/2 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1/2 cup
    Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Beans, red kidney, 1lb canned
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp

Tips

I use muir glenn tomatoes, tomato sauce and marinara sauce. Get creative. add any vegetable you like. can make vegetarian by adding soy crumbles or no crumbles or meat at all if allergic to soy. serving size is one full cup. I make this with low or no sodium tomatoes and beans, so I don't think the sodium count on this recipe is accurate.


Directions

brown meat and onion add veggies and beans with tomato paste and marinara sauce. optional can add 1/2 cup water or more. cook on low till veggies soft.
