Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    5 large eggs
    4 oz. can green chilis
    1/2 c. diced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4-1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    Season to taste

    Mix all ingredients together; fill cupcake/muffin papers 2/3rd full; bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes.


Tips

I plan to experiment a bit with these adding black beans, etc., as more of a southwest flavor, as well as lean meats and different veggies.


Directions

Bake at 350 for approximately 25 -30 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
