Ingredients

    1 16oz bag coleslaw mix

    dressing:

    1/3 cup light olive oil
    2 tbs dark sesame oil
    1/3 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
    1 tbs honey or maple syrup
    1 tbs reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger or pinch of ground ginger
    1 tbs sesame seeds

Tips

Let salad stand in fridge for 30 minuted before serving to let flavors marry.
Dressing keeps in fridge up to two weeks.
Dressing is great on any salad!


Directions

Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a container with a tight lid, and shake well. Pour over slaw until dressed to your liking.
